WE WILL SURVIVE is a virtual exhibition celebrating strong female artists who are working and creating from their home during the pandemic. as Matt Lively stated is his last exhibit with the "Home Stretch" Series, the meaning and sanctity of our home is being stretched; it is now our school, our office, our entertainment center, restaurant etc. Even though our homes are stretched, we can still shut the front door, curl up on a sofa and watch a movie, read a good book or cuddle with our loved ones.  Most of us take for granted that we have a safe place to call HOME.  This exhibition will raise funds for HOME AGAIN, a Richmond based non-profit  helping families and individuals experiencing homelessness secure and maintain a Home, Again. In 2018,  HomeAgain served 768 individuals across 540 households including men, women, children, and veterans in the greater Richmond Area.

Please check out the work created by these 17 incredible woman for the exhibition, WE WILL SURVIVE,  which opens Sunday, May 24th at 12pm on glavekocengallery.com and will run until June 12th.   We are thankful that each artist jumped at the chance to help other women find safe shelter and eventually a place they can call HOME.
